Pitta-Balancing Recipes (Pitta needs cooling, calming, sweet, and mildly spiced foods)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cup coconut milk + 1 cup water
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tbsp chopped mint
- Squeeze of lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cook quinoa in coconut milk/water.
- Cool and mix in cucumber, mint, and lime.
Why it works: Cooling and refreshing, reduces internal heat.
