Vata Balancing Recipe – (Vata needs warm, moist, grounding, and nourishing foods)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- Steamed cauliflower, potato and carrots
Instructions:
- Cook rice with turmeric and fennel.
- Add steamed veggies and ghee before serving.
